e-MIX control system

Control system is designed according to the industrial standards, it combines programmable automaton (PLC) and personal computer. It matches the requirements of EN-206-1 standard of concrete mixture production. Workstation with one PC and two computer monitors allows service and control from one place only. Modular conception of hardware and software simplifies adjustment to the particular device and eventual rebuilding or augmentation. Software includes two main program units displaying technological device and its processes as well as a unit for production and business data administration. Component part is delivery of switchboard and other equipments.
